I have been collecting Boyd's Owl on Books, Woodsie Owl, and Owl Bell for the past several years. The "Owl on Books" mold has been used to make over 150 different colors, starting with a Black Walnut on March 19, 1979. I currently have about 130 of the Owl of Books items.

The Owl Bell has been made since December of 1981, being made in about 75 different colors. I currently have 60 of those.

The Woodsie Owl has been made since July of 1984, and is made was made in only 20 different colors before the mold was retired. In 1997 they made one color, and will make one color of the Woodsie each year, although I haven't found any of the colors made since 1997. I currently have all but 4 of the original 20 colors.
